Q: What type of products does Corrpac supply?

Corrpac Packaging & Fulfillment provides a wide range of packaging and related products to businesses engaged in the processing, merchandising or shipment of their products.

Q: What are your business hours and holidays?

Corrpac is open for business 9am-5pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We will be closed on the following holdays: January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, December 25th through January 1st.

Q: What are your order minimums?

Order minimums are in place to ensure Corrpac can economically provide free delivery service to a particular destination. A minimum is stated as a total order value, excluding any freight charges or taxes. In western Washington our order minimums range from $125 to $750. If a customer is located outside the delivery radius for our vehicles, we will choose the most economical method of shipment and add the direct charge to the invoice. In addition, a product ordered that is not regularly stocked at our facility will incur a freight charge to our customers.

We will always verify a freight charge with our customer prior to shipment.

Q: Can you create artwork for my packaging?

Corrpac has custom design capabilities using state of the art tools. We can produce virtually any packaging design from simple single color logos to 6 color custom displays. We use a combination of Corrpac designers and supplier resources to seamlessly produce a superior quality product to your exact specifications. We also have hundreds of samples available to help you with ideas. Just call us for an appointment or visit our showroom to get started.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

For stock items, a will call order can be picked same day with no minimum purchase amount; delivery items meeting the minimum delivery amount are delivered based on your requirements as soon as the next business day after the order is placed. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 3pm.
